Successful K 2022 trade fair 10/27/2022 "There is only a Plan A": With this message, ARBURG inspired countless trade visitors at the world's leading trade fair K 2022 in Düsseldorf. A total of around 30 machine exhibits on its main stand, in the arburgGREENworld pavilion, and on partners' stands showcased sophisticated applications and technologies. Sustainability, digitalisation and resilience were the topics that took centre stage. Innovative solutions for conserving resources ARBURG's offering at K included a demonstration of how PIR and PCR recyclates can be processed into high-quality products with the help of hardware and software together with the new "aXw Control RecyclatePilot" and other smart controller functions. One such product was a toolbox in ARBURG design, probably one of the most coveted give-aways at the entire trade fair. Visitors to the arburgGREENworld pavilion were able to gain an impressive insight into how ARBURG, with its "Plan A", is playing its part in solving a global problem affecting society as a whole. It was there that ARBURG trainees not only "rocked" the pavilion but also held numerous discussions on the future of plastics as a recyclable material – with young visitors in particular. Talks were also held with experts from science and industry. And an electric ALLROUNDER produced "Greenline" dowels from Fischer using plastic based on castor oil. High-end injection moulding technology At its main stand 13A13, ARBURG presented a wide range of sophisticated applications and innovative technologies from its entire portfolio: injection moulding machines, additive manufacturing, automation, plus internally developed control systems, drive trains and digital products and services. Highlights included: An automated three-component ALLROUNDER CUBE 1800 An all-electric packaging application based around an ALLROUNDER 720 A with new electric injection unit 1300 and in the new "Ultimate" performance variant A two-component ALLROUNDER MORE 1600. Handling was carried out by a Yaskawa six-axis robot, which ARBURG will add to its automation range from spring 2023 as it becomes a system integrator. On show as an example of particularly compact automation without additional floor space was an interlinked turnkey system based around a vertical ALLROUNDER 375 V An example of the future of digital production cells was the "smart" turnkey system based around a hybrid ALLROUNDER 630 H All-round digitalisation In the "Digital Center" exhibition area, Arburg gave a very hands-on demonstration of digital products and services for the injection moulding world. In addition to the ARBURG host computer system (ALS) and Remote Service, a large number of features for the arburgXworld customer portal were presented New developments in additive manufacturing The freeformer 750-3X celebrated its world premiere at K 2022. The latest machine for ARBURG Plastic Freeforming (APF) is systematically designed to meet the requirements of the industry. Compared to the previous model, the part carrier is around 2.5 times larger – with the same external dimensions. The APF process is also around seven times faster and more economical. ALLROUNDER "Ready2Go" 07/01/2022 In order to offer customers quick and easy access to standard machines, ARBURG has already been producing ALLROUNDERs from the GOLDEN EDITION and GOLDEN ELECTRIC "ready to go" series since 2021. All European users of the arburgXworld customer portal have the opportunity to view the list of available warehouse and showroom machines via the new "Ready2Go" app and to request corresponding offers. In stock: ALLROUNDER GOLDEN EDITION and GOLDEN ELECTRIC The "Ready2Go" app currently includes hydraulic and electric new machines of the GOLDEN EDITION and GOLDEN ELECTRIC series with uniform basic technical equipment. If required, customers can have additional functions added to the ALLROUNDERs on offer from a selection of available options, such as an additional core pull, more mould heating circuits or a specific cylinder module. In addition to "New Machines", the app also lists "Refurbished Machines" and "Showroom Machines". These include ALLROUNDERs that have been deployed at ARBURG, e.g. in in-house production, at trade fairs or in the Customer Center. The "Ready2Go" range is supplemented by robotic systems such as the INTEGRALPICKER V and MULTILIFT SELECT. arburgXworld users have an advantage The new machines will initially be manufactured with a standardised specification. They are then transferred to the "Ready2Go" overview, which previously only ARBURG sales staff had access to. Now these can also be viewed by all European arburgXworld users via the "Ready2Go" app. They log into the customer portal as usual, select a machine and can start an enquiry directly to receive their individual offer. After the final order, the "customising" of the ALLROUNDER takes place at ARBURG headquarters in Lossburg. In this way, customers receive their new ALLROUNDER within three to four weeks. At a later date, the selection of available "Ready2Go" machines will then also be possible via the website for all ARBURG customers. 媒体专用:请下载文本和图片 媒体资料

ARBURG at Plastec West 2023 12/20/2022 At Plastec West in Anaheim/California from 7 to 9 February 2023, ARBURG will be exhibiting an automated production cell in Hall B at Stand 4001. The cell will be producing digitally watermarked closure caps from recycled material. Other key features include the freeformer 300-3X for additively manufacturing complex high-temperature components and ARBURG's diverse portfolio of digital products and services. Turnkey system processes recyclate On the trade fair stand, an ALLROUNDER 470 A "Comfort" will be producing closure caps bearing a digital watermark. Digital watermarks are postage stamp-sized codings that are applied directly to the moulded parts via the surface of the cavities and are invisible to the end user. No downstream printing is required. A high-speed camera can read the marking and determine which material category the moulded part belongs to during automatic sorting in the recycling centres. The closure caps will be made of "K Resin ECO KR01" from Ineos Styrolution, a material with a recycled content of 70 per cent. The vertical MULTILIFT SELECT robotic system removes the moulded parts from the mould. freeformer with high-temperature application Also on display at the stand will be the freeformer 300-3X for high-temperature applications. The exhibit has a build chamber that can be heated to 200 degrees Celsius and discharge units that can process plastic granules up to a temperature of 450 degrees Celsius. The machine will be manufacturing a ventilation duct for the aerospace industry made from Ultem 9085, a flame-retardant material qualified for applications in this industry. Digital: arburgXworld, ALS and ARS All the production cell's peripheral devices at Plastec West are fully integrated into the GESTICA machine controller. Connecting to the ARBURG host computer system (ALS) makes it possible to record and analyse production data in real time, which significantly increases production efficiency and transparency. With the ARBURG Remote Service (ARS), ARBURG experts can gain external access to an injection moulding machine's control system via a protected and encrypted data connection. Alongside the ALS and ARS demonstrations, the capabilities of the arburgXworld customer portal will also be on show at Anaheim. A demo terminal will clearly illustrate just how many services and business processes can also be handled digitally with ARBURG. 媒体专用:请下载文本和图片 媒体资料
