ARBURG at Plastpol 2026

Plastpol will take place for the 30th time from 19 to 22 May 2026, and ARBURG Poland has been involved since the very beginning. At the ARBURG stand (Hall E, Stand E30), visitors will be able to see an ALLROUNDER 1800 e TREND with a MULTILIFT SELECT linear robotic system manufacturing spatulas. The second machine on display, another automated hybrid ALLROUNDER 470 H, will be producing drinking cups.

A new standard in injection moulding

At Plastpol 2026, an ALLROUNDER 1800 e TREND equipped with a 4-cavity cold runner mould from Akro-Plastic will be on display, automatically producing spatulas. ARBURG Poland implemented the turnkey system in collaboration with local partners. The injection moulded parts are removed and set down on a conveyor belt using a MULTILIFT SELECT 8 linear robotic system. A six-axis robot guides the spatulas to a laser station, where they are customised.

Hybrid ALLROUNDER produces drinking cups

The second injection moulding exhibit is a hybrid ALLROUNDER 470 H from the HIDRIVE series. In a cycle time of around 24 seconds, a dual-cavity mould from Adoma produces high-quality 0.5-litre drinking cups made of transparent PET, offering a practical and sustainable alternative to glass and disposable items. A MULTILIFT SELECT 8 linear robotic system handles the removal and set-down of the injection moulded parts in this application too.
