ALLROUNDER MORE 2000
The ALLROUNDER MORE machines offer lots of space for larger moulds, rotary units and media connections. Their electric toggle-type clamping unit with energy-efficient servo motors and two electric injection units ensure precise and dynamic operation. Well-thought-out features make this series particularly user friendly and low maintenance, while a modular design makes it ideal for multi-component and special processes.
Multi-component injection moulding
The ALLROUNDER MORE 2000 produces 32 two-tone dominoes in just around 60 seconds. Unlike with classic two-component processes, the mould is not rotated; instead, a system made up of 64 hot runners as well as cylinders and slides direct the two components into the correct cavities in a targeted manner. This produces 28 tiles in all combinations from 0:0 to 6:6 as well as four partner tiles with a logo. This produces 28 tiles in all combinations from 0:0 to 6:6 as well as four partner tiles with a logo.
Automation
In the production cell, a MULTILIFT V 30 removes the finished moulded parts from the mould and places them on a conveyor belt. The automation is complemented by a mobile cobot that picks up the dominoes from the conveyor belt outside the safety fence and places them in a cardboard box. The box is placed in any position on a work table by an employee. A 3D camera system in the cobot detects the spatial position of the dominoes, the box and the lid. The cobot then picks up eight dominoes at a time from the conveyor belt, stacks them into the box and places the lid on the box.
