GIZMO: Less weight, material consumption and cycle time
Using ALLROUNDER machines, GIZMO in Taiwan manufactures sophisticated lightweight components with a glass fibre content of 10 to 30 per cent, thus achieving a noticeable weight advantage. Precise measuring systems as well as reliable temperature and pressure control ensure consistently high product quality. The high level of flexibility of the ALLROUNDER machines also pays off in practice: for another product, the cycle time was reduced by four seconds.
Cooperation: Innovative turnkey system for key fob covers
At the premiere of the ALLROUNDER 475 V at the world's leading trade fair K 2025, ARBURG demonstrated the fully automated production of high-quality covers for car key fobs.
