ARBURG solutions used
ALLROUNDER 1000 e TREND
The ALLROUNDER 1000 e TREND produces a three-part reel for USB cables in a cycle time of 25 seconds and represents economic efficiency in injection moulding production. Low investment and operating costs combined with a low total cost of ownership enable a rapid return on investment. The electric ALLROUNDER machines in the TREND series are designed for standard applications across a wide range of industries and are available in four sizes with clamping forces ranging from 500 to 2,000 kN. Thanks to their quick setup, intuitive operation and simple maintenance, they are particularly user friendly.
Turnkey system
The turnkey system features a newly developed safety enclosure that is particularly space-saving. Combining this with an integrated conveyor belt creates a sophisticated system solution for compact and efficient automation. Thanks to its modular design, linear robotic systems and other components can be installed quickly and, if required, easily adapted or expanded. The machine-side interfaces are already provided as a standardised option on TREND machines, ensuring seamless integration without the need for special solutions.
MULTILIFT SELECT 8
The MULTILIFT SELECT 8 linear robotic system is used for parts handling. It places the three individual parts onto a conveyor belt and assembles the top and centre parts. The bottom part is added manually after the cable is inserted. The MULTILIFT SELECT is fully integrated into the machine controller and, thanks to its intuitive teach-in function, is particularly easy to set up and operate. In principle, all ARBURG robotic systems can be combined with TREND machines – from linear robotic systems and sprue pickers to six-axis robots.
