Energy- and production-efficient ALLROUNDER 570 A
An electric ALLROUNDER 570 A will be demonstrating how solid silicone (high consistency rubber, HCR) can be injection moulded in a way that is both energy and production efficient. A continuous feed is ensured by the new ACH TURNMIX dosing technology in the new size M, which is particularly suitable for medium-sized injection units and HCR in Shore hardnesses ranging from Shore A 20 to Shore A 80. Four bottle openers are produced in a cycle time of around 60 seconds. As part of the silicone equipment package, the injection unit has a special conical screw geometry, cylinder temperature control and nozzle technology. The equipment, which is precisely tailored to the processing of solid silicones, makes the ALLROUNDER together with the ACH TURNMIX a compact and economical injection moulding solution.
