ALLROUNDER TREND: Top performance, price, delivery time and quality
An ALLROUNDER 1800 e TREND will be on display at Equiplast 2026 as an example of a fully automated machine producing "Secure Seal" LSR closures with food-grade certification for the medical technology industry. Equipped with a 64-cavity mould from ACH Solution and a MULTILIFT SELECT 16 linear robotic system from ARBURG, the turnkey system produces around 9,200 closures per hour, which are used to seal needles and syringes. The Multilift removes the injection moulded parts, each weighing 0.5 grams, and places them in separate locations according to cavity. Parts are provided for quality assurance via another drawer system.
