ARBURG at Interplas 2026

ARBURG (Hall 10, Stand L50) will be showcasing two electric ALLROUNDER TREND machines at Interplas 2026 in Birmingham from 2 to 4 June. This marks the first time that ARBURG's new standard machines will be presented to a large specialist audience in the UK.

New standard ALLROUNDER TREND machine

The electric ALLROUNDER TREND machines are suitable for standard applications across all industries and are available for immediate delivery worldwide. The machines can be set up particularly quickly, are intuitive to operate, easy to maintain and have impressively low investment and operating costs. Their high energy efficiency class 8+ (Euromap 60.1) also increases profitability in day-to-day injection moulding operations. All TREND machines are equipped with the new GESTICA lite control system, which features an intuitive user interface and a clear dashboard.

Exhibits: Focus on automation and sustainability

ARBURG will demonstrate the importance of sustainability at Interplas 2026 with an electric ALLROUNDER 500 e TREND. The exhibit will showcase the live production of a biodegradable golf tee made from "ThermoSea". This certified material is based on sustainably cultivated red algae as a raw material – making it 100% bio-based and home-compostable at the end of its service life, without compromising the performance or efficiency required by injection moulding companies. The second exhibit, an electric ALLROUNDER 1000 e TREND with 1,000 kN of clamping force, will produce reusable closure clips for food bags. A MULTILIFT SELECT 8 linear robot system will be used for handling.

Another key focus: digitalisation

The arburgXworld customer portal, with its many helpful apps, ARBURG's own MES (ALS), and the ARBURG Remote Service (ARS) will be presented on monitors in a practical setting, allowing trade visitors to see the benefits for themselves. The arburgXworld customer portal allows users to perform tasks such as configuring ALLROUNDERs, retrieving information on machines and ordering spare parts – all supported by AI, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
