FAKUMA 2026: ALLROUNDER TREND

At FAKUMA 2026, ARBURG (Hall A3, Stand 3101) will showcase the broad application range of the electric ALLROUNDER TREND for injection moulding in the standard sector. One exhibit produces connector components for the automotive industry. A second ALLROUNDER TREND processes liquid silicone into “Secure Seal” closures. Both machines are automated with linear MULTILIFT SELECT robotic systems. ARBURG will also demonstrate how easy the associated new GESTICA lite control system is to operate.

Fast standard machine for technical injection moulding

At FAKUMA 2026, an ALLROUNDER 1000 e TREND will demonstrate the automated production of technical parts for the automotive industry. With a cycle time of around eight seconds, 16 connector components made of 30 per cent glass fibre-filled PA 12 are produced per cycle. A MULTILIFT SELECT 8 removes the moulded parts and deposits them separately by cavity via a pipe system.

Fully automated production of LSR closures

For automated moulded part production, the new standard machines can be equipped with all robot systems from Arburg and suitable compact guarding, fully integrated into the machine control system and incorporated into complex turnkey systems. At FAKUMA 2026, a production cell built around an ALLROUNDER 1800 e TREND with compact guarding will produce around 9,200 “Secure Seal” LSR closures fully automatically per hour. These mass-produced items are used for needles and syringes in the medical sector. A linear MULTILIFT SELECT 16 robotic system deposits the finished parts separately by cavity and into a drawer system for quality assurance.

Simple and clear: GESTICA lite

The TREND machines are equipped with the new GESTICA lite control system, which features a robust industrial panel. The intuitive user interface with a clear dashboard is child’s play even for non-specialists: the start page provides everything needed for work at a glance. It adopts the logic and operational philosophy familiar from ARBURG control systems, while complementing these with “smart” functions and active support.
