Stand tours
ARBURG’s trade fair presentation is centred entirely on the “Smartest Factory”. During stand tours with ARBURG apprentices, participants on Career Friday (16 October, 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.) can experience first-hand that ARBURG offers the full spectrum of digitalisation opportunities: from innovative injection moulding technologies including smart assistants and AI-supported features, through efficient automation and turnkey systems, right up to the digital networking of the entire production process. The apprentices explain how all these elements interact seamlessly and work together along the value chain, as well as the apprenticeship programmes and degree courses offered by ARBURG.
Visitors to the stand can also try out a virtual welding robot with VR goggles, which is used in training. Anyone wishing to take a direct look from Friedrichshafen into the company headquarters in Loßburg can fold a 3D viewer, attach it to their smartphone and embark on a virtual 360-degree tour of the ARBURG Vocational Training Center. Young visitors to the stand can also take part in a prize draw, with three prizes of two tickets each to Europa-Park Rust. In addition, everyone will receive an attractive giveaway.
