Donut-ella: Innovative ideas from talented young people become reality
The "Pleiades – Plastic European Innovation Award for Design and Sustainability" university competition shows how an innovative idea becomes a finished product. ARBURG is partnering with IUAV University in Venice to bring together talented young people and the plastics industry. Out of 38 submitted designs, the winner was "donut-ella": a three-part cable winder produced on a turnkey system centred around the ALLROUNDER 1000 e TREND.
Fakuma 2026: Towards the Smartest Factory
At Fakuma 2026, ARBURG will demonstrate how digital services and software are making the entire value chain smarter. Visitors to Stand 3101 in Hall A3 will find six machine exhibits, including two ALLROUNDER TREND machines, new robotic systems and complex turnkey systems. ARBURG will also be actively involved in the "Mold your future" Career Friday event.
Pöppelmann: ALLROUNDER TREND successfully tested
Even before series production began, Pöppelmann GmbH & Co. KG carried out seven months of intensive testing on an ALLROUNDER 500 e TREND machine. The focus was on consistent performance, key process parameters, and the technical and quality requirements of the new electric machine concept. The results show that the ALLROUNDER TREND performs impressively in field tests.
