Two standard ALLROUNDER TREND electric machines, equipped with the intuitive GESTICA lite control system, impressively demonstrate just how efficient and precise modern production can be. A production cell centred around the ALLROUNDER 1800 e TREND demonstrates the automated production of LSR closures using a 64-cavity mould and the MULTILIFT SELECT 16 linear robot system. In addition, an ALLROUNDER 1000 e TREND demonstrates the technical injection moulding process by producing plug components for the electronics industry.

A turnkey system based around a vertical ALLROUNDER 475 V manufactures high-quality covers for car key fobs from recycled PC/ABS in combination with in-mould decoration (IMD). The components are produced, labelled and reworked in a continuous process. The machine has an impressively compact installation area and also offers high energy efficiency, a new control system and an attractive price/performance ratio.

The “NextGen Medical Solution” production cell demonstrates how digital connectivity works in medical technology. In the turnkey system centred around the electric ALLROUNDER 570 A in clean-room version, machine, mould, automation and peripheral equipment work together intelligently. Caps made of PP for injector pens are produced in a cycle time of only around ten seconds. New is the AI tool integrated directly into the GESTICA control system, which continuously analyses process parameters and product quality and optimises them through self-learning.

An electric ALLROUNDER 270 A demonstrates the capabilities of high-precision micro injection moulding. Four complex micro filters, each weighing just 0.0022 grams, are manufactured and then automatically removed using a MULTILIFT SELECT 4 robot. The innovative micro injection module with an 8-mm injection screw enables extremely small shot weights of less than one gram and, by operating on a first-in, first-out basis, ensures consistently high material quality and maximum process reliability.

A turnkey system centred around the ALLROUNDER MORE 2000 demonstrates how efficiently multi-component injection moulding and smart automation work together. Using a 32-cavity mould, high-quality, two-colour dominoes are produced in a fully automated process. The linear MULTILIFT V 30 and a cobot work together to handle the process, allowing complete toy sets to be assembled and packaged directly.
